I am currently seeking business partners and skincare consultants to join my leadership team as Rodan+Fields expands across the nation. 

The ideal Business Partner will possess the following qualifications:

• a friendly and outgoing personality
• the desire to own your own business
• the desire to help build the core foundation of Rodan+Fields through developing points of distribution (building a leadership team of your own)
  
• well-connected and social
  
• the ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week to your business
• business savvy
• strong work ethic
• leadership skills or the willingness to develop them
  
• self motivated and driven
• willingness to train for 30 days with your sponsor to learn recruiting skills, compensation plan details and duplicating
  
• ability to invest either $395 or $695 to start your business, and $100 monthly to maintain your business
• an understanding of network marketing/direct selling, or the desire to gain an understanding of it
• the desire to change your financial future by helping others do the same
  

The ideal Skincare Consultant will possess the following qualifications:

• the desire to own your own business
• the desire to sell product by obtaining preferred customers
  
• well-connected and social
  
• the ability to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week to your business
• strong work ethic
• self motivated and driven
• willingness to train for 30 days with your sponsor to gain product knowledge
  
• ability to invest either $395 or $695 to start your business, and $100 monthly to maintain your business
• an understanding of network marketing/direct selling, or the desire to gain an understanding of it
• a teachable spirit
• the desire to change your financial future by helping others do the same
